Office Policy

Fees and Insurance

We are currently in network with TriWest Healthcare Alliance through the Veterans Affairs (VA). For all other insurances, we will verify your “out of network” acupuncture coverage including eligibility and benefits. Our office will either process the claims for you or you will be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement. Please note, you will be responsible for any portion of your bill that is not reimbursed by your insurance.

Note: we do not accept HMO’s, CenCal or MediCal.

We offer a cash discounted rate due at the time of service. We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards. Returned checks will incur a bank fee.


Your patient records and patient information will be kept confidential and shared only when necessary to provide care and services, or by your authorization, or when required or permitted by law.

Missed Appointment Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please do so with 24 hours notice. With the exception of emergencies, failure to do so will result in being charged the full fee for your appointment.
